In case you didn’t know (or hadn’t noticed), I am a master of divinity.
I’m not sure labels such as fundamentalist, theist, atheist, deist, pantheist, animist, environmentalist, secularist, or humanist are helpful.
My post last Sunday prompted some subscribers to unsubscribe. Only two, but not just any two.

Today is the first day of Easter. Today is also the last day of Passover. Today is the beginning of one, the end of the other. A rare convergence.
Last Sunday I posed the question: “Are we alone?” The post prompted many comments.
My friend believes extraterrestrial life is out there. I’m skeptical but I’m not a denier.
All my friends are getting old. One just turned 70. Another 90. When I was 30, people that age looked awfully old.
This past Monday, I said yes. I should have said no. And now I regret it.
